- 2 lime wedges
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 sprig fresh mint 50ml
- Havana Especial aged golden rum
- 50ml pre-steeped Mount Meng Yellow Sprout tea (left to cool)
- 50ml sparkling water
Method:
Muddle lime wedges, sugar and mint in a tall glass Add sparkling water and fill glass with crushed ice Add rum and tea Stir and garnish with mint. Delicious
